Terms and Conditions
I understand and by sending my payment I agree as follows:
Guarantees. I understand that in order to qualify for any of the guarantees, I must purchase at minimum
a Onepriceweb website package plus a minimum seo package, and Onepriceweb must be able to control
the domain name and hosting for the site. If, after the first year of operation, my web business is not
successful, then I may cancel and owe nothing further, and Onepriceweb will close down the site for me.
The website development services as described on www.onepriceweb.com require a payment of $95 per
year for the first year, and will automatically renew unless cancelled as above. If I wish to continue the
same website in follow-on years at my option, the renewal hosting cost will be just $89 per year. This cost
includes all items necessary to put my website "on the air" as described, including both development and
hosting as well as substantial allowance for traffic to my site, and there are no other costs or charges to
be incurred unless I elect to expand or substantially modify my site. Up to 5 email addresses can be
setup for my website at no additional charge. Other (optional) services are described and priced on the
onepriceweb website. I will be responsible to insure that my domain name is paid for and renewed.
Assuming my cooperation in sending necessary information and materials, Onepriceweb will put my
website up on a timely basis and will maintain its operation. Historically the sites hosted by Onepriceweb
have more than 99% uptime, but due to the nature of the services, Onepriceweb does not guarantee the
performance of my site and is not responsible for network or world wide web outtages.
Revisions to any page of my website are completely free of charge for the first month of operation of my
website. Revisions beyond that timeframe are priced very reasonably on the Other Services page of the
Onepriceweb website, and these are one-time charges (they do not affect renewal costs). Revisions must
be requested by me via email and shall include all necessary information for inclusion in the site. After
the first month, pages that require more than 50% changes, including major graphic design changes, will
be priced at the Redesign price rather than the Revisions price.
I am entitled to unlimited email and telephone support for my website at no cost as long as I remain a
member in good standing.
Onepriceweb does not support pornographic or gambling websites or websites with offensive language
and reserves the right to refuse development or support of any site using its own judgement; any such
refusal will be accompanied by full refund of any monies paid for said development or support. I agree
that my website will not promote, condone, or engage in any unlawful activity.
